Burger King Nutrition Calculator
Calories & macros · 2026

Build a meal from 210 tracked items and total its calories, sodium, fat, carbs and protein against FDA Daily Values.

An organized overhead layout of burger components, a stack of golden fries and a cold drink laid out separately Updated 2026 Sourced, not guessed

Figures checked 5 September 2026 210 items you can add 42 with the full macro panel

Build your Burger King order below and this calculator adds up the nutrition. It totals the calories for your whole meal (a figure we hold for all 210 tracked items) and the full macro panel of fat, saturated fat, sodium, carbohydrate, fibre, sugar and protein for the 42 items Burger King's own nutrition guide covers, each shown against its FDA Daily Value.

Every number is one we already publish and source, never an estimate the tool invents. When an item you add sits outside Burger King's macro guide it still counts toward the calorie total, and the calculator tells you how many of your items are missing from the macro figure rather than guessing the rest.

Product images are illustrations of the food type, generated for this site or openly licensed. They are not photographs of Burger King products, and the item you are served may look different.

A worked example: the classic combo

A flame-grilled Whopper on a sesame seed bun, the burger in the worked-example combo below
The Whopper anchors the classic combo below. It carries a full macro panel, so it contributes to both the calorie total and every macro row.

To show what the calculator returns, here is a Whopper, a medium fries and a medium Coca-Cola added together (the order most people picture when they think of a Burger King meal), computed from the same dataset the tool uses. All three carry a cross-checked calorie figure, so the calorie total is complete: 1,370–1,410 cal (a range, because our two nutrition databases disagree on the Whopper).

The macro column is a different story, and it is the honest limit of this tool. Of those three items, only one, the Whopper, sits inside Burger King's published macro guide, so the breakdown below is summed from that item alone. The fries and the drink still count toward the calories; they simply have no published fat or sodium figure for us to add. This is exactly what the calculator shows you at the top of the panel: how much of your meal the macro total actually covers.

Worked example: macronutrients for the items in this meal that carry a full panel.
NutrientTotal% Daily Value
Total fat 40 g 51%
Saturated fat 12 g 60%
Trans fat 1.5 g
Cholesterol 90 mg 30%
Sodium 980 mg 43%
Total carbs 49 g 18%
Fibre 2 g 7%
Total sugars 11 g
Protein 28 g 56%

How the calculation works

A carton of golden french fries, an item that adds calories but has no published macro breakdown
Fries are the honest limit of the tool: they add to the calorie total but sit outside Burger King's macro guide, so the panel counts them as calories only and says so.

There are only two moving parts, and keeping them separate is the whole point. Calories are summed from the figure we publish for every tracked item, which is cross-checked between two independent nutrition databases; where those two disagree we carry the item as a range, and your meal total then shows a range too rather than a false single number. Macronutrients (fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrate, fibre, sugar and protein) come from Burger King's own 2020 nutrition document, which covers 42 of the 210 items. The tool adds up whichever of your chosen items appear in that document and states plainly how many did not.

Each macro total is placed against its FDA Daily Value, the reference amount printed on US Nutrition Facts labels for a 2,000-calorie day. Sodium is the figure most worth watching on this menu: it climbs with cheese, bacon and cured meat far faster than calories do, and a single burger can carry a large share of a day before you add a side. Total sugars and trans fat are shown in grams with no percentage, because the FDA sets no Daily Value for either and we will not invent one to fill the column.

Nothing here is dietary advice, and no figure is modified for how you order. Every total is the standard build; adding cheese, bacon or a sauce pushes the real number above it, and removing an ingredient pulls it below. For the definitive nutrition of one specific order at one specific restaurant, the Burger King app is the authority. This tool is for comparing and planning across the whole menu in a way an app does not let you do. The full method, including the two sources we tested and rejected, is set out in our sourcing and editorial policy.

Using the calculator, step by step

  1. Add your items. Search by name or open a category and press Add on each item in your order.
  2. Set the quantity. Use the plus and minus controls in the meal panel for two of the same item, or to correct a mistake.
  3. Read the totals. The calorie figure covers the whole meal; the macro table covers the items with published data, each against its Daily Value.
  4. Note the coverage line. It tells you how many of your items contributed macros, so you always know what the breakdown does and does not include.

Where these figures come from

Calories are cross-checked between two independent nutrition databases and published as a range wherever they disagree. The macronutrient panel is from Burger King's own USA nutrition guide. Daily Values are the FDA reference amounts printed on US labels. Every source is named, and the two we rejected during research are documented with the evidence.

This page reports published nutrition figures and adds them up. It is not dietary advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. This is an independent reference site, not operated by Burger King Corporation or Restaurant Brands International.

Burger King nutrition calculator questions

What does the Burger King nutrition calculator do?

It lets you build a Burger King meal from 210 tracked items and adds up the totals: calories for the whole meal, and the full macro panel (fat, saturated fat, sodium, carbohydrate, fibre, sugar and protein) for the items we hold that data for. Each macro total is shown next to the share of a day's FDA Daily Value it represents, so a meal's sodium or saturated fat is put in context rather than left as a bare number.

How accurate are the numbers?

Every figure is one we already publish and source, never an estimate the calculator invents. Calories are cross-checked between two independent nutrition databases and shown as a range when those databases disagree. Macros come from Burger King's own published nutrition guide. The totals are plain arithmetic over those figures, so the calculator can only be as current as its sources. For the exact build and restaurant you are ordering from, the Burger King app is authoritative.

Why do some items add calories but not fat or sodium?

Because our sources publish calories far more widely than they publish the full breakdown. We hold a cross-checked calorie figure for all 210 tracked items, but the complete macro panel for only 42 of them, all from Burger King's 2020 nutrition document. An item outside that set contributes its calories and nothing else, and the calculator tells you, for each meal, how many of your items are missing from the macro total rather than silently guessing the rest.

What is a Daily Value and which figures do you use?

The Daily Value is the reference amount printed on every US Nutrition Facts label, based on a 2,000-calorie day. We use the FDA figures: 2,300 mg sodium, 78 g total fat, 20 g saturated fat, 275 g carbohydrate, 28 g fibre and 50 g protein. Total sugars and trans fat have no FDA Daily Value, so the calculator shows their grams and no percentage rather than inventing a denominator.

Does adding cheese, bacon or sauce change the total?

Yes, and the calculator cannot see it. Every figure is the published value for the item as its standard build. Adding cheese, bacon or a sauce raises the calories, fat and sodium; removing an ingredient lowers them. Neither our sources nor this tool model modifications, so treat the total as the standard-build baseline for the items you picked and adjust upward for extras.

Can I calculate a Burger King combo or kids meal?

Add its parts. We hold no sourced prices or nutrition for bundled combos as a single line, because their contents change and are set per restaurant, so build the combo from its burger, side and drink and the calculator totals them. For the King Jr. Meal specifically, every entrée, side and drink combination is already worked out on our Burger King kids meal page.

Is this an official Burger King tool?

No. This is an independent, fan-run reference with no connection to Burger King Corporation or Restaurant Brands International. It exists to answer menu, price and nutrition questions in one place with the sources shown. For the definitive nutrition of a specific order, and for allergen guidance, use the official Burger King app or website.

Do you calculate allergens?

No, deliberately. Neither nutrition database we accept publishes allergen data, and the aggregators that do are ones we rejected as unreliable for prices. A wrong price costs money; a wrong allergen can put someone in hospital, so the bar rises rather than falls. Check the Burger King app or ask in the restaurant, and remember that shared fryers and grills mean cross-contact is possible regardless of an item's own recipe.
