Privacy Policy
Last reviewed 8 August 2026
This site does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. It does serve third-party advertising, and advertising involves cookies and similar technologies set by companies other than us — including Google AdSense. This page explains what that means, what is collected, and how to opt out.
Who we are
BurgerKing-Menus.us is an independent reference site about the Burger King menu, with no affiliation to Burger King Corporation or Restaurant Brands International. You can read more on our about page, and reach us via our contact page.
Information we collect directly
We do not operate user accounts, newsletters, comment sections or shopping facilities, so there is no routine collection of names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details. The one case where we receive personal information is when you choose to send it — if you email us a correction or a question, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use that solely to investigate and reply, and we do not add it to any marketing list.
Advertising, Google AdSense and third-party cookies
This site displays advertising in order to fund itself. Advertising is supplied by third-party networks, including Google. The following applies to that advertising:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or Your Online Choices.
Third-party advertising vendors may collect technical and behavioural information such as your IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and identifiers stored in cookies. That collection is carried out by those vendors under their own privacy policies, not ours, and we do not receive the individual-level data they gather. Google's practices are described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and where readers arrive from, in aggregate. This is used only to decide what to write and what to fix. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine analytics data with advertising identifiers.
Cookies and how to control them
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The cookies encountered on this site are set mainly by advertising vendors rather than by us. Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies — the controls are usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you reading anything here; the site is static content and does not depend on them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data held about you, including rights of access, correction, deletion and objection to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data — realistically, only correspondence you have chosen to send us — the practical route for most requests about advertising data is the vendor concerned, since they are the party holding it. If you have sent us email and want it deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, advertising vendors operating here are required to obtain consent for personalised advertising where consent is the applicable legal basis, and to present that choice to you. If you are in California, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding personal information collected by advertising vendors; those requests should be directed to the vendor, and Google's process is documented in the links above.
Children
This site is aimed at a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
External links
We link out to sources, including nutrition databases, price trackers, news reporting and Burger King's own site. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or their data practices. Following a link takes you outside this site.
Data security and retention
This is a static site: pages are generated in advance and served as files, which removes whole categories of risk associated with databases of user records, because there is no such database. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the matter it concerns.
Changes to this policy
If our advertising or analytics arrangements change, this page will be updated to reflect it. The review date is shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
